Pricing is competitive; units and storage sites are secure, safe and clean. We have invested in a new Hy-Security gate and stronger, higher fencing. Our cameras and surveillance are being upgraded in the coming months to use AI intelligence tracking and alarming for a much higher level of 24 hour property oversight than available from other self storage providers.

Needing a small safe place to store some things

I work long hours and getting to a storage place to sign paperwork has been difficult. With Otter Storage, it was all done over the phone and I signed through DocuSign. It was a very quick and easy process. I was able to complete it during my lunch hour one day. Very convenient with decent gate hours.
