Absolutely helpful

The lady that helped me get everything set up on the phone was extremely nice and understanding and communicative! She let me see my unit before I agreed upon signing anything. As well as set me up with my renters insurance.

Quick & easy

I called to rent a unit on Friday afternoon and the manager got right back to me. I had my unit rented and all the paperwork done on my phone in less than 10 minutes!! I had a question about the free moving truck later in the day and the manager got right back to me again in an email, I’ll be using their moving truck on Wednesday. Excellent customer service and one of the most inexpensive storage units around with only a 12 minute drive from my home.
