I had a wonderful experience at Public Storage in Pasadena. Nikki was so sweet and patient with me. She explained the different sizes of the storage units to me and even took me to see the room that I was inquiring about. She answered all of my questions and I really appreciate the time she took to help me.

I just started an account with public storage in Pasadena, MD and I Have to say my experience there so far has been wonderful :) Nikki the front desk person was very patient and accommodating. I was uncertain of what size to get and went back 3 separate times, the final being with my husband. And each and every time Nikki was just as pleasant, patient and accommodating as the first. She is very knowledgeable and helpful too. I love that the units are all climate control and I love that they offer the reservation discount. I also am a huge price compare shopper and I found their prices to be better than the others while offering more than the others. Also, the above and beyond customer service by Nikki made the whole experience a triple A+++.

Outstanding customer service from Nicky and Lindsey. They made the process seamless and have earned my business and referrals to anyone who may need a storage facility. I have a mobility issue, and they were very supportive to my unique needs. The facility itself is always clean, and i feel safe going there at different times of the day.
