We quickly became the local "go-to" storage facility with affordable rates, serving 131 customers with our outdoor & drive-up units. Good service, poor cleanliness

The desk service rep was very nice, organized and helpful. When I looked in the unit itself, I was disappointed in the state of the inside. It looked like it had not been occupied for a while and there were spider webs and insect cocoons and dead roaches everywhere. I came back later with my own broom to sweep up. There was also a large bag of old beer cans by the door.
