Needs improvement!

The facility is convenient and competitively priced however, the facility has maintenance neglect. One example is; the handle to open and close my unit is so corroded that if I am not careful I can cut my hand. There is also insulation hanging from the ceiling of my unit, along with the garage door weather stripping missing in the third-middle of the door.

Fantastic Service

I needed a place to store my belongings with short notice and was in touch with the call center which the gentleman over the phone was super nice and made an appointment for me right away. The property manager contacted me just before my appt. and was very helpful in deciding what size storage unit I needed with my belongings and showed me two different units to choose from. I was impressed to find a freight elevator and carts to accommodate transporting my things. The security is awesome and the property manager and "Bob" went over and beyond helping me figure out things as far as locks and provided me with boxes that were stronger and better than home depot. Thanks Public Storage for being there and saving time and money when we needed you. I plan on telling all my friends who to go to when in need of storage space and excellent service.
