Mechanisms for storage access is poor and very difficult to open and lock. Card access would be a lot more helpful than the extremely long code access method currently used.. Also is it necessary to require code access on both exit and entrance?

We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with the door latch. Please stop in the office or call our office to set up a convenient time for our maintenance person to meet with you to look at the latch. With regards to your question regarding entering your code to exit as well s entering the facility. This system ensures that anyone who might gain access through a temporarily open gate would not be able to exit without a code and would need to report to our office to exit the facility, thereby helping to ensure we have authorized people on site.
