Storage out side vehicle- unmarked spot

Cannot recommend A++ secure Storage after owner Derek Ballies tow my vehicle away even with the rent paid for another month. simply moved the vehicle from a wet unmarked to a dry spot. nothing is marked as I was spot 320. Towing, fees and storage at precision auto, I just signed over my vehicle to them. Dishonest is the word I would use for a++ secure storage there is nothing secure about the place. Thank you for your time.

All of us at A++ Secure Storage are saddened that this person had a negative experience with us. Undoubtedly, better communication could have limited some of the issues or prevented them all together. At A++ Secure Storage, we take security of our renters’ items very seriously. Part of that security is a regular inspection of the vehicle parking area. During one of those sweeps, we noticed an unfamiliar vehicle parked in a spot that we knew was reserved for another tenant. After confirming that the vehicle didn’t belong to that tenant, we checked with the other customers who are storing vehicles with us to determine if the vehicle belonged to them. No one that we could reach acknowledged ownership of the vehicle. Since there appeared to be an unauthorized vehicle on site, we had it towed. Weeks later when the owner of the vehicle appeared and presented the situation to us, we offered to work with him to address the towing expense. The owner declined our offer. At A++ Secure Storage we offer the lowest rates, the most flexibility, and the friendliest service in the area. We are proud of our record and happy to discuss this situation or any other concerns with anyone.
