We were in need of storage site

The wife and I were moving and needed a storage site quickly and the folks at Lake Macatawa were there when we needed them. We were at a different site and they raised their prices 3 times in 5 months. We had enough of that. Lake Mac folks are wonderful and so easy to work with. Thanks Much!!!

Overall, excellent. Great, personalized assistance from Jake!

There is a difference between the level of the asphalt and the floor at the entrance to the building. Have to bump up over the gap with the cart. Bit of a hassle. The carts need to have the wheel wedged to keep them from rolling across the parking lot. Ha! Made me laugh. It wouldn’t sit still til I wedged it. Other than these minor details, the facility and staff are great. The doors to the unit are really quiet compared to my experience at Public Storage. The A/C is at a comfortable level. Pricing is good.

Thank you for your feedback! Once we are done finished with the building south of the climate controlled building, we will be laying the final layer of asphalt to close that gap.
