Our professional Remote Managers will provide you with exceptional customer service and are available to assist you with your storage needs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30pm and Sunday from 9:00am-5:00pm. This facility is Remotely Managed.

A VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE

WAS LOOKING FOR STORAGE SPACE AND HAPPEN TO RUN ACROSS STORAGE OF AMERICA. KNOWING THE REPUTATION.SOME STORAGE FACILITIES, OUR VISIT TODAY WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE. ALL THE DOUBT AND CLICHES OF RENTING THESE KINDS OF UNITS WERE ERASED WHEN WE MET THE WOMAN AT THE DESK - FRANCINE. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROPERTY AND, OVERALL,A VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THAT FEELING OF BEING RUSHED DIDN'T EXIST AND THE ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE TO ANSWER EVERY QUESTION WAS EVER PRESENT. I GUESS THERE JUST IS NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT - OUR VISIT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF FRANCINE. STORAGE OF AMERICA IS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE THIS EMPLOYEE REPRESENT THEM. BTW, WE DID RENT AND WE WILL REFER!! THANKS FOR MAKING OUR DAY!!
