I like the site, but I did not get online payment instructions so when it came time to pay it was frustrating... Eventually by research I learned that you have to make an online account to be able to pay online... Then I was able to do so. but the local people didn't know this and the online system had a button to pay that led you to a place to pay, I tried to get a password but nothing happened and no note came up saying you have to register first , yes it makes sense, but no it doesn't as I had assumed I had already registered.... You can't talk to a corporate person dealing with paying online and the local people didn't know how it worked... Catch 22.

Tequilla was helpful and professional. The facility is clean and secure. Check-in was quick and thorough. I feel confident in storing our stuff here. The location has quick and easy access.
