Amazing customer service!

I hit a pretty big delema this weekend with needing a storage unit on a weekend as fast as possible! I was so worried that all my options were gone until I called access, well unfortunately they weren't able to answer. I left a detailed voice-mail and a very very nice lady called me back not even an hour after I called and also put my reservation online. She told me she apologized for not answer when I called she was at a birthday party!!! I can't tell you how amazed I was about her even calling me back the very same day let alone an hour after I had left my voice-mail. She got me in within minutes and sent me all the detailed info about the unit I was purchasing!! Thank you to that gal... you saved my night and rescued me from this extremely stressful moment in my life. Thank you access. For having such amazing workers at your company!! They all deserve a raise!!!

The whole process was very easy. I went online and reserved my unit. Drove there and a lock was available in the unit.
