Could be better

Wow this is an outdoor storage facility, after the snowmelt there was a 3 to 4 inch puddle measuring about five or 6 feet in diameter in front of my unit. I think we could do a better job of either excavating the area or paving parts of it. The road is not paved in route at the facility and around the facility so any rain or snow melt or any type of moisture creates a muddy situation. I was unable to get some of the larger stuff into my storage because of this large puddle

Fair review. It was the peak of mud season and consecutive days over 55 degrees melted all of the snow at once. We will be grading the driveways to improve drainage this season.
