You owe me money

You need to call your customers back. I canceled my unit over a year ago and you are still deducting money from my bank account that I NEVER AUTHORIZED. I never signed a single document stating it was ok for auto pay. I've called several times about this and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. YOU owe me over $400. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

You were called back - a message was left. We have your authorization for auto pay and it has been in place for several years. We have no record in your file of you vacating. Why has it taken so long to contact us, as your message this past week is the first we have heard from you? If you were still being charged and you vacated, why didn't you block it with your credit card company well before now? Contact our office later this week (Thursday or Friday) and we will make some arrangement for refund.

Convenient location, Customer Service lacking

The location is easily accessible. It's a good price for the size of the unit. The only thing lacking is customer service. I still haven't received back my security deposit and they have been unresponsive regarding it. No response to phone calls or emails. There is only one person that handles it and they are there only on Saturdays. They expected my monthly rent on time, but have not followed through on their agreement in refunding the security deposit. I see from other reviews I'm not the only one. Probably won't be using them again.

All security deposits are refunded within thirty days in accordance with our contract. There are no refunds pending.
