EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I got a phone call and email the day I reserved the spot online. I was busy, so I wasn’t able to return the call. The day before I was set to move in, I got a phone call and text. When I returned the call, they made the process so easy! I looked at the spot that I reserved and it was clean and easy to access. The site looks safe with a gate and fencing. I feel good about my things being safe here!

Fast, Easy, No non-sense

Great customer service. My representative answered my voice mail message with in an hour. I had my RV parked on site the same day that I inquired about a storage space. The paperwork process was surprisingly fast. Thank you, Ned!
