Best experience, and super friendly.

I was uneasy about renting, but Ray's storage made me feel comfortable and explained everything so all my questions were answered, and it was the best experience

I was forced to buy insurance that I did not need.

The people are great but the company not so much. The employees are forced to make customers buy insurance. I did not need or want the insurance on a 5x5. That is the only reason I would tell people not to go there but other than that they are ok. The staff is great.
