Customer service is great but buildings need work

The customer service I received from CeCe was great. She was very well spoken and took me through the process step by step. The buildings are another story. The paint is peeling in the unit, there is one building that looks like someone backed the uhaul truck into and hasn't been fixed. The facility needs an update. Even the gate is old and rusty.

Friendly Service, reasonable prices

My experience with Public Storage has been very positive. The gal at the desk was quick to help, explained the sizes and got me the best price for the size I needed. I will definitely use them for all of my storage needs.
