I was difficult

I rented a 5×10 online, which was so easy, but I tend to complicate things. I decided I needed more space, so I had to make the dreaded phone call. OMGoodness,I got a live person And she spoke English! She needed to check with someone on the process of my paying the difference. Shortly after our conversation ended I received a call back and it was all taken care of. The unit was spotless, and I dunno if they all do, but mine even has a clothing rack that's handy for my winter tops. After securing the unit I received message of where to send copy of identification and proof of insurance or the option to use their insurance. That was that. It was so simple and pleasant despite my indecisiveness on size. Definitely the easiest and quickest storage rental process I've ever endured!
