Unexpected events cause me to pack and be ready to move in less than 3 weeks! Living in my current condo for 3 years , I accumulated tons of stuff!!! Of course I needed a storage to put some of my items in because I am moving in with someone temporarily, confused and frustrated I went to this location and met Katie!!! She was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She showed me 2 units to choose from , explained the rental process all in 15mins!!! She made it so easy and stress free!!!! When you are stressed out people like Katie take the additional stress off of you by offering kindness & knowledge! It may be small but it was so much more to me!!! Thanks Katie again for making everything a smooth process !!!!!!

The process was quick and the price was good. Katie was great she gave me a lot of information and also let me know if I needed anything to give her a call. I also appreciate that she gave me a follow-up call later on to make sure my move and went well.
