NAILS

The customer service was fine & the paperwork was fairly simple. However, the major issue was that there are nails all along the drive to get to the storage unit. I was very concerned that my car & my two friend's trucks were going to get a nail in our tires! They were on the ground EVERYWHERE. The woman did not mention it to me or even warn me that nails were on the grounds.

Heidi, thank you for entrusting Stop 'N Lock with your storage needs. With regards to the nails on the ground it was unfortunately something that was unforeseen to us at the time as we had Roofers replacing a roof at the time of your move in and unfortunately roof nails must have been on the ground. With roof replacement/repairs it is typically an issue with nails on the ground. Rest assured all of the nails have been removed that had dropped on the ground after roof work was completed on Sunday. We apologize for the inconvenience and again appreciate your business.

Neat and clean

I was relieved to see how neat and clean the unit was. They were very helpful and flexible while helping me select a unit that would adequately suit my storage needs.
