After everything the 2 public storages put me through on Reno in OKC , Angela was awesome. We are moving from Texas to Ok and my daughter and her clicked. She is very friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable of her job. If anyone asked I would refer them to her location. But not any other public storage which was horrible. It's worth a few miles to go out the way to get to this public storage.

I signed up online, and received a call pretty quickly about setting up an appointment to go in and sign paperwork. I was able to go in a day earlier than my appointment and that was no problem. Ashley was wonderful! Very informative and extremely efficient! Ashley took the time to show me a unit so I knew if it was the correct size or not. The site is very clean, which is important to me. The only con I can think of is it would be nice if you could access your storage later than 9:00p. Overall, I am pleased with the customer service, storage unit and price. Thank you!
