When I showed up for my appointment they didn’t have me on the books for the day, even though I had an email confirmation. This wasn’t a problem at all and the very nice woman running the desk made time for me and got me taken care of immediately. The office was very clean and inviting. The facility is easy to navigate and 24 hour access is always a plus. 10/10!

I’m kinda confused. I hope this review reflects that it is for Storlocal Midwest on Douglas. This review that follows was meant for that storage facility & I think it didn’t end up crediting the right facility. Anyway, here goes…….”Kelley, I hope that was her name! was great & super knowledgeable & helped me so much as far as deciding what space size that I needed & she was a great comfort in that she took a lot of the stress & anxiety that I was feeling away & I feel like I met someone who is a genuine & caring person. I am very happy with the deal that she had going on on the size I needed. I called many other places & no other place even compared to the rate & size that I got with her. I’ve only written 2 other reviews over the past 15-17 yrs. It’s becoming more & more rare that we come across such excellent customer service!

Went in there with stress and came out with relief they saved us in all of our stuff too I would recommend this to anybody thank you so very much we had so many valuables we lost our house in less than three days save this 30 minutes thanks
