Great facility

Nathan and his team are so kind and are always willing to help. I got an online deal and they called me to remind me of my deadline so I wouldn’t lose my deal and the online move-in process was so easy and user-friendly. The facility is very clean and secure. I would definitely use this storage facility again!

New & Clean Storage Facility

The units themselves are what you would expect any clean & basic storage unit to look like. There's option to store in an indoor or outdoor unit which is nice. The only two complaints I have with this facility are the price & the customer service. As far as pricing goes, I think the prices are probably similar to other companies around town, I guess in my opinion the price to rent a tiny, empty enclosure seems wildly high. Nonetheless, my biggest issue with Trojan Storage is the unsteady management. It seems like they go through a new manager every 6 months. The issue with the management replacement is that they all have done things slightly different then the previous one, causing renters to never know when they're going to be locked out, charged extra fees. etc. or have a lienant manager that will work with you to get caught up without the threat of auctioning your stuff after being 2 weeks behind.
