Unexpected prices and above the quoted price originally. Place looks creepy & very uninviting. Employee was very knowledgeable & pleasant. Facility is very confusing & not Customer friendly

I had such a nice experience at this public storage today. No matter how many questions I asked, Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, patience and helpful when he was giving me information on the different storage units.
