Didn't not stand behind price guarantee

Reserved online and when I went to complete my reservation the day before I was to move in I was told the the discounts no longer applied. The site representative called his boss I was told there is nothing they could do and that was the price. Deceptive pricing and poor customer service.

The customer service is the best. Matt and Theresa were so helpful. Would highly recommend cube smart for all your storage needs.

So happy with how it all worked out. The facility is spotless and user friendly and Theresa was terrific. Couldn't ask for a better deal or situation.
