It was nice to experience someone who...

It was nice to experience someone who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was genuinely concern about what I needed that was the best fit for me. She also took the time to explain to me in simple terms of how everything works; As far as insurances, availability times to access the gates and to inform the office of anything i may need assistance with in the future. I would most definitely recommend this location to my family, friends and coworkers.

The staff was friendly and helpful but...

The staff was friendly and helpful but there were alot of extra fees associated with the rental that are hidden and unexpected. They advertise a $1 move in special and by the time you pay for all the taxes and hidden fees your up to $60! That's a far cry from a $1 special!

Excellent Experience

Very pleasant experience after having a very hard and trying day. The manager Denise made it even better. I really appreciated her kindness and warmth.
