Mystery fees

Couldn’t get an account set up online, barely can reach anyone by phone, So many fees and can’t get an answer about why my bill keeps going up. Tried to get online access, I entered the correct information but it still says error. There’s only a virtual assistant to talk to in the office. Had an introductory price of $30/month. The very next month they changed the price of all units. Added a fee for a new lock, which is fine, but then a whole extra 12 dollars was added to my bill with no explanation. Going to find a new unit somewhere else. Overall not the best experience.

Very difficult communication

My gate access code didn't work, couldn't get in and couldn't get hold of anyone to help. Cost me extra to have to pay for the mover time wasted sitting around. I called to complain and didn't get much resolution
