Excellent customer service

Alisha and Ericka both work in the Cube Smart office, Hickory Valley Rd- Chattanooga. They were both great! Alisha knew that we wanted our unit to be closer to the front office, and before we moved in, she identified a “ move out” that was perfect for us. And Erica was so generous with her time — when we called her back to our unit on move-in day, she was so patient with all of our questions. Two professional and helpful staff members! Hassle

I have had a unit at this facility for over 4 years. Originally known as All American Self Storage. It has changed ownership and names 3 times. They also have changed due dates 2 or 3 times. I never have received my free one months rent as originally promised for paying 3 months in advance. Rent is due the 1st of the month now......every month on the last day of the month I receive a late notice via email! This is very annoying. Can't wait until spring to remove my belongings.
