2. Military Discount is 10 percent off the standard rental rate.
3. 1/2 off the first month's rent is offered "only when" paying the second & third months "up front" (NO REFUNDS)
4. Pay 1 year in advance & receive a 15 percent discount off of the total (NO REFUNDS IF THE UNIT IS VACATED BEFORE THE 1 YEAR IS UP)

Customer must either bring their own "DISK" lock -or- they may purchase one at the on site office for 16

Please note: Gasoline operated machinery such as lawnmowers, cars, motorcycles, vehicles of "any" type are NOT permitted to be stored at this facility as well as any hazardous &/ or flammable materials, liquids, paint etc....
Firearms and ammunition are prohibited to be stored on site.

Kiosks are to be used for making payments only and are not to be used for move ins.

The facility does not provide insurance for personal property so we recommend customers obtain their own renters insurance. Thompson Lane Self Storage is "not" responsible for any possible loss of tenants personal property stored on site, for any reason.
