Be Safe Storage in Bruceville-Eddy, TX

Everything about this facility (location, cleanliness, renting process and administration, processing time, etc.) was top notch. The manager, Jay, was on time and on target with setting us up. The proximity to IH-35 makes provides for excellent access. The prices were the best in the area. I would highly recommend this facility for folks in Belton, Temple, Troy and the Fort Hood vicinity.

Wonderful customer service

When we first leased the unit, the front gate code did not work for us. The corporate office lady was so helpful and sweet (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). She waited to assist us after 5pm when I was able to drive out there and try it again. It ended up being a malfunction on their end but because of her awesome customer service, we didn't even get annoyed. I also love how clean the unit and area stays.
