Pleasant experience

Thanks so much for a nice experience getting our unit rented. So far, everything has been professional and the place is nice and clean. My only concern is that the only exit is onto mockingbird lane. Super busy traffic

Do not feel valued as a customer

My initial experience was positive, but deteriorated when there was a problem. I lost my key to the unit, reported it and was told that I would need to wait until the end of the month when the locks would be broken and mine could be changed. So I waited and at the end of the month when I went to check, the lock had not been changed. I was told the person who was to break the lock did not come because there was only one lock (mine) to change. I was shocked that my one account did not matter. So far the situation has not been corrected. Very Disappointed.
