Just wanted to give a big thanks to manager, Bill (?) for his help. Last time in, I mentioned that I would like my due date changed to the first. That was a couple of weeks ago. This morning he called informing me he had been able to change it. I had forgotten all about it. Thanks for the GREAT customer service. We have been a Cube Smart customer for quite sometime and have always been satisfied with the service. This time you went out of your way. Thanks again.
