I'm very pleased with the service that I receive today from Public Storage. Eric did a wonderful job as representative explaining everything to me within the contract, DeNay gave great advice very polite and a beautiful smile. GREAT place to store my personal items also a very convenient locations to my residence with climate control. Excellent office personnel! Ms.Cameron

The Staff member Ms Cyan was very professional and deserves a 5 star rating. She was attentive and quick to respond. The facility is fairly maintained, but it could be better and deserving of only a 3 star rating. The condition of the main access doors entry locks is poor throughout and makes the security suspect which is deserving of 1 star and is not very good. . Keep in mind that my review is honest, but may make the facility vulnerable if the wrong persons read the review, so it is imperative that the door security to corrected. Also, the facility insurance providers may see this as corporate negligence and question coverage. The full staff should work on improving the facility. Keep up the professionalism Ms Cyan. My personally experience was good as always.
