Natalie and staff went above and beyond for me. I had a horrible experience with the movers I had hired and Natalie was so kind and understanding and accomodating. I have used this Public Storage location once before in the past and had a good experience. This time an excellent experience because of the compassion and care Natalie extended to me not to mention the excellent service regarding my storage needs.

Convenient and clean in West Houston

Nice, well-managed complex that is very close to my new townhouse. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
