Try a different facility, dirty, no one is there

Very dissatisfied, struggling with customer service. Wouldn’t clean the unit or discount for me having to clean it. I sent pictures and their response was no, so I guess I need to leave it in the same dirty condition. Struggled to get them to honor their promotion.
