Secure, simple, and generally positive experience.

I arrived at the storage location with no difficulty, quickly gained access to my unit, and unloaded my belongings with no problems. A slight hiccup was that there was a leak in the roof, and since it was raining that day, I noticed the leak. However, once I told the attendant about it, she assured me that she would call the repair workers as soon as possible to fix it. All around, a good experience.

The manager checked us in and she was super helpful. There was an unexpected cost so she gave us a discount that helped. She was very kind and enjoyable to work with.
