Cust for several yrs in creased storage size Chad an addl admin fee then decreased storage size again Chad an addl admin fee this fee should only be charged one time and that should be with new cust set up

Very helpful customer service representatives in the offices.

I visited the offices of Public Storage three times so far. Each time the representatives in the office have been very helpful. The first rep suggested another location that might serve my needs better. The second rep was very knowledgeable and helpful as I rented my storage unit. The third rep suggested a solution to a difficult situation that could have cost me a lot of money. Thanks, Public Storage! You have great customer sales representatives!
