Great value. Confusing “move in”

I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be talking to anyone in person. So it took me a minute to realize what to do. Then in the end I couldn’t move my stuff in because I didn’t realize I needed my own lock, and the machine to purchase a lock didn’t work. I’ll get a lock and move my stuff in. It was just a bit confusing overall. It’s actually neat that it was all computerized check in though.
