The location is close to the highway. The price is good. They charge you for the lock. Paperwork took a long time due to crappy computers.

Frustrating start

We reserved online to move in the next day. When we arrived, we were advised the computer system was down, and we should come back in a half hour. We returned 45 minutes later, and there was no one present in the office to assist us. We waited 20 minutes for someone to return. We had a very short time to get our things moved in, and the fact that we had to wait longer than necessary TWICE was frustrating.

Very good experience

Clerk was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Ensured I knew policies, asked if I needed anything, very customer oriented. Best one I have been to.
