I'm behind on my payments So there was a gray cloud over my head coming into the facility to see my balanc I will be honest I was not looking forward to it. Johnathon was there to greet me with the most genuine kindness and was understanding, not at all like Past experiences with other Storage facilities. Kindness is paramount at this facility. customer service all Star Johnathon thanks for brightening my day. I recommend Smartstop 1000%

Melik is outstanding!

He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even transferred me to another run it when he noticed that the door on my unit wasn’t working well which I actually didn’t even notice. He was truthful and he does an excellent job with his work.
