About Ballinger Heated Storage

Located in Shoreline, our new-generation facility offers convenience to the Ballinger neighborhood and the surrounding communities of Lake Forest Park, Mountlake Terrace, Brier, and North City.

Whether you're moving, need room to store business inventory or just want some clean, secure and affordable space for your things, we have an assortment of storage units in a range of sizes to best meet your needs.

SECURITY
We understand that security for your belongings is a high priority. As such, we provide:
A digital pin code that controls all access into the building
24-hour video surveillance throughout the facility
High security cylinder locks for all unit doors
Storage units that are individually alarmed and monitored
Well-lit hallways and units
Storage-to-office intercoms on each level
Onsite staff to monitor all ingress/egress to the building during office hours

Boxes, moving and packing supplies
Free use of storage carts for easy loading and unloading
An 18-high loading dock, making unloading much easier than from grade-level docks
Easy roll-up doors, offering greater clearance into each storage unit

DESIGN
Ours is the first self-storage facility in Washington to be LEED Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. As a new generation facility, it incorporates many securities, convenience and heating features, including:
Large covered dock for easy loading/unloading
Metal partitions, roll-up doors, fire suppression equipment, concrete and steel framing
Bright, well-lit hallways
Natural lighting at ends of many hallways
18 loading dock to make unloading much easier
An office thats well-situated for monitoring all ingress/egress operations
Adequate heating and ventilation to protect your possessions
Unique dual access in many of our largest units

Expensive - Looking to screw retail customers

Was looking to rent space here during a renovation, and bought some way overpriced boxes that I didn't need and looked to return and would not provide refund. Went to West Coast storage instead. Genuine people looking to provide customer service and win incremental sales.

Great Storage Facility!

We have had cause to rent many storage units over the years and this was the cleanest and most convenient. Especially appreciate the raised loading dock that eases the strain of loading and unloading.

Best storage experience EVER!

I was extremely pleased with this new facility, it’s customer service and friendliness especially during this challenging time of COVID-19. Kourtney was helpful and stuck to every offer made, as I transferred from one unit to the next! Plus I received a nice coffee mug, a nice tag for my key and smiles all the way around!
