Easy only signing

Doing everything online was nice and easy only problem we had was we didn’t know that their was another lot just Down the road a bit so was a little difficult finding our space. Would be nice to have posted somewhere about 2nd lot/location But other than that very good and quick contactless experience

Easy enough

Filling out the forms was easy enough to do on my phone however, originally I started trying to complete on the computer but for some of the radio button choices questions that are mandatory did not recognize my response / choice Which unfortunately didn’t allow me to continue, however I was able to complete the process easily on my phone!… The facility called me to check in with me make sure everything was going OK and if I had any questions, Janelle was extremely helpful, polite and professional! She did warn me that sometimes the on-line form process can be a bit buggy at times Which, of course, as I mentioned earlier did happen to me while trying to fill out on the computer, but again worked fine using phone otherwise it was a very good experience!
