I wrote a review on google to say the it was a 5 star experience. The prop. mgr was extremely helpful, very personable and efficient. He makes you feel like you are his only customer. I chose this location because of the excellent service Al provided. I was very impressed with the clean facility, as well as the unit I chose. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this storage facility.

Excellent

The service from Vanessa, Al, and Erika are second to none! They're customer service was on point and the knowledge of every question I had was world class. I highly recommend this facility to anyone I come across.

Great service but pricey extras

I had excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. The pricing on the storage unit was fair and I got a good deal on the first month. My only complaint was that I needed to buy some boxes and wrap which were extremely expensive. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to grab some boxes elsewhere so it left a bit of a bad taste. I would caution anyone who needs extras to come prepared.
