Very nice facility and staff

The site is exceptionally clean and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was being forced to buy insurance in order to get the keys to my unit. My renters policy covers off site storage but I couldn't verify that until the next day when my agent was in the office.

Amazing Service!

Everyone was absolutely great during our visit to sign up for a storage unit. Both Lorenzo and Jackie could not have been anymore polite and welcoming. I look forward to the many months working with your amazing team!

Great Service

I needed this storage unit for a short time and the experience was so easy. I got really great customer service from Al and all the others who worked at the location on Research Blvd. that share the entrance with Comfort Suites. They went out of their way to help and/or explain anything. Great experience!
