Great customer service

Great customer service, Kristina is awesome! She showed us the two units we had reserved even in the rain. When we realized one of the spaces was not big enough, she easily showed us a larger unit. Perfect for our needs. We are relocating and the date and time of our arrival had to change. They were very helpful and worked with us through the whole process.

Wish the carts we're available at all ...

Wish the carts we're available at all times when needed.aking several trips with heavy items without a cart is a pain. Other than that very satisfied with service.
